Care & Maintenance
Wipe clean with a slightly damp cloth. Avoid harsh soaps, solvents, or abrasive materials.
Store away from direct sunlight and heat to prevent colour fading and material damage.
Stuff with tissue paper when storing to maintain the bag's structure and shape.
For embroidered bags, handle the embroidery area gently — avoid rubbing or snagging.
Do not machine wash. Spot clean only with a soft, damp cloth.
Apply a leather conditioner every 3 months for genuine leather styles to keep them supple.
How to Measure
Length
Measured horizontally from the leftmost to the rightmost point of the bag at its widest.
Height
Measured vertically from the bottom edge to the top of the bag body (excluding handles).
Depth / Width
The front-to-back measurement at the base. Determines how much the bag can hold.
Strap Drop
Distance from the top of the strap/handle to the top of the bag for shoulder bags.
