Shipment Tracking

To ensure transparency and protect both the customer and our business from fraudulent claims, it is mandatory to record a clear unboxing video before opening the package.

Show the complete unboxing process without cuts or pauses
Claims without proper unboxing video proof will not be accepted in cases of:

Return Policy
