How long does delivery take?
We dispatch orders within 1–2 business days. Standard delivery takes 5–7 business days across India. Express delivery (2–3 days) is available in major metros at an extra charge.
Do you ship all over India?
Yes! We deliver pan-India through our trusted courier partners. We do not currently ship internationally, but please WhatsApp us if you have a special request.
How can I track my order?
Once dispatched, you'll receive an SMS and email with your tracking link. You can also share your order number on WhatsApp and we'll update you in real time.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
You can modify or cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it. After that, the order goes into production/packing. Please WhatsApp us immediately if you need to make changes.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all tags intact. Personalised / customised items cannot be returned.
How do I initiate a return or exchange?
WhatsApp us on +91 97183 50223 or email hello@nahharfashions.in within 7 days of delivery. Share your order ID and photos of the item. We'll arrange a free pickup for eligible returns.
When will I get my refund?
Once we receive and inspect the returned item (2–3 business days), refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. UPI/bank transfers may be faster.
Payments
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM), all major credit and debit cards, net banking, and Cash on Delivery (COD) for orders under ₹5,000 in eligible areas.
Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available?
Yes! COD is available for orders under ₹5,000 in most Indian cities. The option will appear at checkout if available at your PIN code. A small COD handling fee of ₹50 may apply.
Is it safe to enter my card details on your website?
Absolutely. Our store is powered by Shopify, one of the world's most secure e-commerce platforms. All payments are processed through encrypted, PCI-compliant payment gateways. We never store your card details.
Products & Customisation
Are the bags genuinely handmade?
Yes, 100%. Every bag is handcrafted by our artisans in India. Minor natural variations in texture, colour, and embroidery pattern are part of the charm — each piece is truly unique.
Do you offer personalisation or custom orders?
Yes! We offer monogramming, custom embroidery, colour customisation, and made-to-order sizing. WhatsApp us with your requirements and we'll send you a quote within 24 hours. Custom orders typically take 10–15 business days.
Do you take bulk or wholesale orders?
Absolutely. We supply to boutiques, corporates, and wedding gifting companies across India. Please email wholesale@nahharfashions.in or WhatsApp us with your requirements and quantity.
